Hours:                35 hours per week

Reporting to:   Commercial Director


An exciting opportunity has opened, and we are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead the marketing communications activities and manage the long-term marketing strategy for the business. The purpose of this role is to help with the growth of new business through strong marketing strategies that deliver sales growth and opportunities in all divisions.


There are some essential experience and leadership skills you will need to have: –

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Product Marketing background
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
  • Good management and delegation
  • Strong demonstrable leadership skills
  • Strong commercial focus
