Hours:                  35 hours per week

Reporting to:    Content Manager

Salary Range:   £24k – £26k depending on experience

 

Vianet has an exciting new opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Content Manager and assist in producing top-notch digital and print content for both internal and external marketing initiatives. Their responsibilities will include creating social media posts, multimedia campaigns, and rebranding efforts.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to build their portfolio and gain experience in various mediums. With a focus on expanding our current content and boosting engagement, this is a thrilling time for both the business and the successful candidate. The position will involve working on a broad range of projects, including branding and marketing campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities Will Include: –

  • Deliver content that addresses business needs and customer/employee expectations
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to understand requirements and produce training content and marketing materials for new products and processes
  • Deliver against the marketing strategy for the business and for new and existing products or services through design and video channels
  • Design and create blended training material that meets brand guidelines and business needs, and is suitable for remote delivery and on-line courses
  • Ensure marketing and training materials are regularly updated and version controlled

 

There are some essential skills and experience you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, graphic design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent software)
  • Technically capable, with a flair for creativity
  • Accuracy and attention to detail to produce finalised high-quality work
  • Open to feedback and design changes from key stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation skills and able to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Self-starter who can work to own initiative
  • Ability to work in accordance with established brand guidelines and parameter
  • 2 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer
