Solution Delivery Manager

Based at: Stockton-on-Tees

Hours: 35 hours per week

Reporting to: Head of Technology

Salary Range: £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience

An exciting new opportunity for a Solution Delivery Manager has opened for a talented individual who is seeking a new challenge or perhaps someone looking to take the next step in their career. The purpose of the role is to provide technical, process and line management for all aspects of solution delivery pertaining to Vianet’s software development within the technology department.

There are some essential experience and leadership skills you will need to have: –

6+ years of working within a commercial IT environment.
3+ years of leadership experience in people and technology systems.
Demonstrated success working in a highly collaborative, solution development environment, with a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact.
Demonstrable experience of successfully leading development initiatives within complex IT projects.
Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks – preferably Scrum – to deliver solutions.
Understanding of SaaS software delivery model.
Previous experience in software or database development preferred.
Ability to understand and demonstrate the strategic perspective in implementing solutions and contribute to the overarching strategy.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
Ability to inform, educate and influence to support goals and initiatives.
