Based at:            Head Office, Stockton-On-Tees

Hours:                 37 hours per week

Reporting to:      Team Leader

Salary Range:    £21,068- £21,260 per annum

Vianet has an exciting new opportunity to join our growing Customer Experience team as we continue to grow and expand into new and existing customers. The purpose of the role is to deliver fantastic customer experience to our customers by delivering on time in full data reports with 100% accuracy which they can act on. Whilst supporting our Customer Account managers in the field.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver fantastic customer experience at every interaction with the customer
  • First point of contact for your customers – owning your customers from end-to-end
  • Identify and resolve any service issues within data reports
  • Support the Customer Account Managers by quickly resolving queries identified 

 

There are some essential skills and experience you will need to have: 

  • Can review data accurately and efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with sound working knowledge of MS office
  • Experience of working in a b2b environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
