Customer Implementation CoordinatorBased at:            Head Office, Stockton-on-Tees

Hours:                  35 hours per week

Reporting to:     Head of Projects and Process Transformation

Salary:                   £30,000 per annum

 

2022 is set to be an unparalleled year of growth for Vianet and, due our commitment to ensuring this year is as successful for our customers as we anticipate it will be for us, an exciting opportunity has been created for a talented and customer focused individual to join our fantastic Projects and Process Team in Stockton.

In this new role, the Customer Implementation Co-ordinator will be at the heart of our onboarding process, enabling customers to experience an informed and seamless transition to our SmartVend platform and supported 3rd party products.  Working closely with our Product, Projects and Commercial teams, the Customer Implementation Co-ordinator will develop expert product and process knowledge to combine with their exceptional interpersonal skills and deliver a first-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Define, document, and own the onboarding processes supporting customer migrations to new or existing products
  • Align to the ongoing product developments throughout their build in order to gain super user knowledge. This will include working closely with the Product, Development, Data, IT and Project teams as appropriate
  • Working closely with the Commercial Team, establishing key customer relationships in a timely fashion to support product migrations
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ Critical Business Issues (CBIs) and motivations to facilitate their optimal use of our products in support of their business priorities

 

There are some essential skills and experience you will need to have:

  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills both internal and external
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Ability to quickly grasp product knowledge and concepts and translate these into real customer benefits
  • Sound knowledge of project and business processes
  • Excellent attention to detail
