Salary Range:       £25k – £30k


Vianet has an exciting new opportunity to join our Commercial team as a Client Relationship Manager as we expand into new verticals. The purpose of this role is building meaningful customer relationships to deliver incomparable customer service to a portfolio of clients.  As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the face of Vianet promoting the business reputation, positively transforming both the client and business performance as the leader in the data industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Successfully manage of a portfolio of clients within the vending industry.
  • Work to an individual KPI and the Client Team strategy and continually endeavour to maximise client satisfaction in support of a 100% retention rate.
  • Seek opportunities to provide business efficiencies for the client by understanding and recognising growth prospects and identify opportunities add selling the Vianet proposition.
  • Work collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills and building strong relationships across all areas of Vianet to ensure a seamless, professional and unparalleled level of service is always provided.
  • Support the Business Development team to grow the portfolio of clients by providing expert knowledge on the usability and benefits of SmartVend.


There are some essential skills and experience you will need to have:


  • Evidence of strong career progression and/or outperformance in relationship management
  • Demonstrable history of quickly building meaningful relationships both internally and externally with a range of stakeholders.
  • Delivers excellent customer service and maintains confidence through difficult conversations whilst effectively responding to customer issues.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify meaningful metrics to maximise the value for both the business, prospects and customers.
  • A confident and competent presenter, able to promote Vianet with credibility and passion at client meetings and industry events.
