Based at:            Head Office, Stockton-On-Tees

Hours:                 35 hours per week

Reporting to:     Head of Insight Services


We have a new opportunity to join our customer reporting team delivering unique insight based on our customers data.  The purpose of this role is to understand our customers’ needs and values and to provide significant insight for both our internal and external customers through reporting.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customers with intelligence and analysis to help them make better decisions
  • Managing and maintaining standard Volume Recovery reporting and procedures
  • Supporting the Insight Services and Data Operations teams in developing new advanced reporting products
  • Applying continuous improvement methodologies to ensure our reporting/practices are fit for purpose
  • Providing testing and playing a key role in the development and identification of improvement for software development
  • Owning personal workload in its entirety


There are some essential skills and experience you will need to have:

  • Competent with using Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Report building and development experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to show initiative and be proactive
