Based at:           Stockton-on-Tees, Head Office

Hours:                35 hours per week

Reporting to:   Marketing Manager

Salary Range:  £21-23k depending on experience

Vianet has an exciting new opportunity to join our growing Marketing team as a Content Producer. The purpose of the role is to help us in creating and delivering on the long-term marketing, training and communications strategy for the business, primarily producing high quality multimedia content that delivers clear and concise internal and external marketing and training initiatives that enhance the awareness, skills and performance of our employees and customers alike.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a keen understanding of e-learning trends and best practices
  • Deliver content that addresses business needs and customer/employee expectations
  • Collaborate closely with all relevant departments to understand requirements and produce training content and marketing material for new products and processes
  • Deliver against the marketing strategy for the business and for new and existing products or services through design and video channels
  • Identify new business opportunities to market our products through research, and delivering through multimedia assets
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders and wider teams, continually assessing the need for marketing or training solutions
  • Design and create blended training material that meets brand guidelines and business needs, and is suitable for remote delivery and on-line courses
  • Ensure training material is regularly updated and version controlled
  • Generate engagement reports and evaluate the performance of e-learning courses and marketing campaigns, making recommendations and troubleshooting those that underperform

 

There are some essential skills and experience you will need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in multimedia, design, marketing, or related field is desired
  • Graphic Design proficiency, including experience of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalent software)
  • Some understanding of B2B and digital marketing knowledge
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
