The role involves providing support to Client Relationship Managers in implementing, developing, and executing customer retention strategies, optimising SmartVend, and contributing to business development opportunities through engagement with senior stakeholders. The primary focus is on achieving and surpassing individual sales targets for the SmartVend vending management platform, contactless, and telemetry units among existing clients across various sectors in Vending & Foodservice.
