Client Director

The key objective is to shape the strategy of the Client Relationship Manager Team, aligning it with the Business Development strategy, and taking the lead on all associated activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and the development of client-level strategies. The role involves providing support to Client Relationship Managers in implementing, developing, and executing customer retention strategies, optimising SmartVend, and contributing to business development opportunities through engagement with senior stakeholders. The primary focus is on achieving and surpassing individual sales targets for the SmartVend vending management platform, contactless, and telemetry units among existing clients across various sectors in Vending & Foodservice.
